For parents/carers

Alongside neurodivergent teenage girls, their parents/carers played an important role within this research. We heard that for many, parents/carers and other family members play an important role in understanding the importance of physical activity and accessing suitable provisions. Throughout the project, we wanted to ensure the voices of parents/carers are heard and as a result, we have created the following outputs to share with other parents/carers who may be interested:

1. A short report of our research, including the main findings and recommendations

2. An infographic with recommendations for more inclusive physical activity provisions

3. A video animation with the top 10 tips for inclusive physical activity provisions.

4. We also wanted to highlight the following organisations as they may have resources you could find useful.
